This topic is for municipalities with Patriot CAMA and if their building department has E-Permitting.
Jamestown is looking into E-Permitting for the Building Department. I have the Patriot software.
How much did E-Permitting charge to transfer the permit data into Patriot?
Was it a one time fee or do you have to annually?
Do you use it? How well does it work?
    Thank you,

I do the process myself as well on an annual basis. They did have to assist me the first time. It’s pretty straightforward and I have no complaints with it!

    Christine,

I hope all is well. SK used Vision 8. Thanks! Mark

To add my own biased support to it, I use e-permitting in Central Falls and bridge the data into Patriot. There is a one time fee on Patriot’s side to set everything up, but once it is configured you can manually update the permits any time you wish. On e-permitting there will be a number of canned extracts that are created. You can run those extracts the day before you want to look at your permits and drop them into a folder on your server. Overnight they import into the database and are available for you to view the next day.

Scituate does as Dr Dan does in Central Falls.
