Does anyone know if we have to include our motor vehicle numbers (with a zero levy) on the State Certification form or just leave it off completely?

Same as Karen, I included the MV assessed and taxable values but then set the tax rate to $0.

Same as Karen and Daniel here in Richmond. I included the value but the levy was $0 – tax rate $0.

In Exeter, the 2022 Tax Roll Certification included the gross assessment, exemptions and net assessment on MV’s. I applied a $0 MV Tax Rate which resulted in a levy amount of $0.

Warren included gross assessed values and Net Assessed values on certification report but a zero for tax rate resulting in 0 tax levy for MV.

In Smithfield, I just set the rate to $0 so the assessments show, but the levy is $0.
At the RIAAO meeting on Friday (8-19-22), Jill Barrette from DMF said this is the preferred approach.
