Does anyone have solar farm land leased to a private university? Brown University is leasing 125 acres from Broome Solar Land Company. There is a sublease from Brown to Constellation solar company for the installation of a 50,000 AC KW system. There is a net metering agreement between Brown (The Customer) and Constellation solar ( the Provider) that the Customer will pay the Provider for the Net metering credits. It is a 25 year sublease.

They provided a me with a totally blacked out document…literally 2 pages had words on it.

Can I charge the $5.00 /Kw to Constellation solar even though they are “selling” the credits to Brown?

I would like to upload a few of the pages with actual words on them…is there a way I can do this?
