The RIAAO is excited to announce that it is offering IAAO Course 102 – Income Approach to Valuation this December.

This course will be taught by Edie McCarthy, IAO, FIAAO.

It will be held at CCRI Knight Campus in Warwick, Room 1128 located on the first floor.

The course will run in the classroom for five days – December 2^nd & 3^rd 2024 – Monday-Tuesday and December 9^th, 10^th and 11^th , 2024 – Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday.
