The RIAAO is excited to announce that it is offering IAAO Course 101 – Fundamentals of Real Property Appraisal in June of this year.

This course will be taught by our own Karen Beattie, RES, RICA.

It will be held at Warwick City Hall Annex in Warwick, in the first floor conference room.
